Pelican #1 located ocean block on 84th Street is a charming ground level three bedroom, two bath condo conveniently located just one building back from the dune crossing. Imagine how lovely it will be to sit with your family and friends on the porch listening to the waves and knowing you are just a minute away. Comfortable living room seating in cool tans and blues provides a relaxing atmosphere for conversation or watching your favorite show during your stay. This property includes a full kitchen with dining room table, and the bedrooms will accommodate up to eight guests. Bed sizes include a queen in the 1st bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, as well as an additional queen bed and a set of twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom. If needed, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The convenience of a washer and dryer is also a big plus. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season, and any three nights during the off season. Guests will need to supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products, although an optional linen package is available for an additional fee if you wish. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival, picked up upon departure and would include a sheet set including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping - not permitted on porches/balconies or in common areas; only in the parking lot. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
