Pelican #2 located ocean block on 84th street is a 2nd floor walk-up three bedroom, one and a half bath condo sitting just one building away from the dunes. You'll find yourself perfectly at home in this comfortable condo with soft furnishings and cool colors throughout. The 2nd level balcony provides the perfect area to listen to the soothing sound of the waves anytime of day with your favorite libation. You'll be giddy knowing you are only a few steps away from all the wonders of the beach. A full kitchen with updated appliances and dining table, not to mention the convenient washer and dryer, complete the necessary requirements for a hassle free stay. All three bedrooms feature a queen sized bed, with the 3rd bedroom having an additional set of twin bunks to sleep a maximum of eight guests. Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for an additional fee if you wish. Linens would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure, including sheet sets with pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping -not permitted on porches/balconies or in common areas; only in the parking lot. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
