A Rare Find - this four bedroom, three bath home located ocean block on 84th Street is just one building away from the dunes and beach! This home features plenty of space to spread out with an open floor plan living area adjacent to the full kitchen and dining table where everyone can gather for meals, planning out the day's activities or simply catching. If you are needing some outdoor lounge time, look no further than the wraparound deck to bathe in the sounds of the rolling waves. The four bedrooms comfortably sleep twelve guests with a queen in the 1st bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a queen and a daybed in the 3rd bedroom, and the 4th bedroom features a queen and a twin. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. A washer and dryer are available for your added convenience. Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for an additional fee if you wish. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping -not permitted on porches/balconies or in common areas; only in the parking lot. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
