Amazing sights await you from this south side 17th floor unit in the oceanfront 9400 building! Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean coastline, as well as desirable southern views & sunsets toward downtown Ocean City and the bay from multiple balconies. There is a spacious dining area and breakfast bar seating in the full kitchen, complete with all you should need to prepare and serve meals. The owner provides a telescope in the living room to enable guest's to zoom in and observe the occasional swimming dolphins and myriad of shorebirds. This building is conveniently located close to Acme markets, Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Layton's on 92nd and so much more! The outdoor pool and deck are there to enjoy when you need a break from the beach, not to mention a game room and fitness center. This condo sleep up to six guests with a king in the primary bedroom, two queens in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen pull-out sleep sectional sofa. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Building has a coin operated laundry room facility. An optional linen package is available to add to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Linens would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only. The building management charges a $50 registration fee for your parking & pool passes at check-in. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. 7 foot garage parking clearance. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No Pets Please.
