Avalon 401 is a spacious, well-maintained three bedroom, three bath condo located ocean block in North Ocean City (140th St). Spread out in this luxury property featuring comfortable decorator furnishings in the living room in cool grays and blues and a separate dining area with additional breakfast bar seating. The fully equipped kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances (Keurig for coffee) and plenty of counter space to make meal preparation and serving easy as can be. Step outside onto your private south facing balcony to breathe in the ocean air and enjoy your favorite summer beverage. Avalon boasts top notch amenities including a beautiful indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna and a shared rooftop terrace. Whenever you are ready to head to the beach, you're only a short walk up the street to the dune crossing. The owner gives access to their storage area so you are welcome to use their beach equipment including chairs, umbrella, and toys. The building is also conveniently located close to mini golf, Fenwick Island's shopping and amusements, as well as great restaurants including Harpoon Hanna's, Victoria's, Lobster Shanty and Ponzetti's. Sleeping up to eight guests, the primary bedroom features a king and a private bath with jacuzzi tub, stand alone shower and its own balcony access, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath, and the 3rd bedroom features a pyramid bunk with a trundle (one full and two singles). Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The building has an elevator and comes with 2 parking spots. This property rents Saturday to Saturday. This property is Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
