Avalon 501 is a lovely ocean block, 5th floor east end condo situated on 140th street in North Ocean City. The property features three bedrooms and three full baths, plus a sizable balcony accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom - avail yourself of the ocean views from multiple vantages inside and outside. The large fully equipped kitchen (drip coffeemaker) features plenty of granite countertop space to make meal preparation a breeze, and serving guests is just as easy either at the breakfast bar, the dining table or both! The tropical d�cor gives you that beachy feel as soon as you walk in and extends throughout the condo. This Avalon beauty offers access to unbelievable shared amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, hot tub, and rooftop terrace, along with two (2) assigned parking spots. The location is ideal - you are a quick stroll away from the beach, close to numerous notable restaurants, and not far from the amusements, dining and shopping in Fenwick Island. Sleeping up to nine guests, the primary bedroom offers a queen with private bath, jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower, the 2nd suite offers a queen bed with full private bath, the 3rd bedroom has a twin over full pyramid bunk bed and if needed, the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. Fireplace is cosmetic only, not for use. Basic cable and internet available from Nov 1st - March 31st. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
