Bahia Vista II 403 is a lovely, bayside three bedroom, two bath condo located in downtown Ocean City on 11th street. Featuring 1700 square feet of living area, this tastefully decorated condo has an appealing open floor plan with comfortable and bright living area with tinted windows, a gas fireplace and balcony access. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen (Keurig and drip coffeemakers) has an island, counter seating, stainless appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and pantry. Step out onto your south facing balcony where you'll enjoy cool breezes and views of the spectacular sunsets over the water. Sleeping up to eights guests, the master suite has a king bed and private bath with double vanity and a beautiful, large tiled walk-in shower, bedroom two has a full bed, bedroom three has two single beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa if needed. Bahia Vista's superb location allows you to be away from the hustle and bustle, but when ready, you are only a few blocks away from the beach and all the Ocean City boardwalk has to offer. The building features include an elevator, outdoor pool and both covered and surface parking. This unit has two unassigned parking spaces. Guests must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping unit including balcony. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
