If you long for the memories of old Ocean City, this is the house for you. Conveniently located on the bay side at 5th street in Downtown Ocean City. You will enjoy a private home located about 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Includes a backyard the prefect place to eat OC steamed crabs. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, central air, WIFI,and 2 televisions, one in the living area and one in the bunk bed room. Bedding includes a full size bed in bedroom 1 & 2, a set of bunk beds in bedroom 3, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room to accommodate 8. Guest supplies their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed, a towel set for the occupancy of the condo and a kitchen towel set. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. There is also a storage shed with some beach chairs for guest use. Parking is for compact cars only. Parking width is 85 inches. Non Smoking/Vaping No Pets Please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
