This oceanfront gem is close to notable restaurants including Ropewalk, Layton's on 92nd and The Hobbit - it is also not far from the Acme Market on 94th Street, Royals Farms. and the Wine Rack. A bike rack is situated in the under building garage for guest use. Accommodating up to six guests, the oceanfront primary bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two queens. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper towels. A washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
