Bradley on the Bay is a much sought after midtown location on the bayside on 37th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This beautiful one bedroom condo has been tastefully updated throughout providing a comfortable retreat during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up your favorite meals and snacks. Relax and watch your ‘can't miss’ TV shows in the living room or watch streaming TV in the bedroom. Step outside onto your private balcony, breathe in that fresh bay breeze and get a glimpse of the boats and jet skis on the water or take in one of the ever awe-inspiring sunsets. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. This conveniently located complex is a block away from the beach, next door to the Convention Center and a short drive to the Boardwalk - it is also close to a number of great restaurants, mini golf and shopping. Guests must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This condo rents with Thursday & Sunday check ins during peak season and any three nights in the off season. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
