Adorned in beachy blues and neutrals, this three bedroom condo will get you in the vacation mindset as soon as you enter. This condo has great features including an oceanfront living room with mounted flat screen TV, dining room table and breakfast bar, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and complimentary WIFI. A premium view of the horizon for sunrises awaits you on your private balcony and an additional side balcony grants you views of the ocean as a peek to the west of the bay! Braemar Towers amenities include elevators for easy access, a centrally located outdoor pool with sundeck, fitness room, game room and tennis courts. Owner allows use of their private storage locker located near the pool and equips it with beach chairs and boogie boards for your personal use during your stay! This property is only a beach bus or car ride away from the Ocean City boardwalk and just minutes from Fenwick Island attractions and Northside Park. Don't overlook the great restaurants within walking or biking distance including Crab Bag, Albertino's Brick Oven Eatery, Harpoon Hanna's and Victoria's Seafood, and many more. Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a double and single bed, plus a queen sleep sofa in the living room if needed. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel set equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Non-refundable building registration fee of $75 due upon arrival to Braemar. Checks or Credit Cards only. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
