You will love this 3rd floor studio located on the ocean block, across from the Convention Center. Cute condo has a queen murphy bed and a queen sleep sofa that can accommodate a family of 4. Air conditioning, kitchen and washer and dryer included for your convenience. Guests supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This building does not have an elevator. This property rents any 3 nights in season and any 2 off season.
