The fully-equipped kitchen has updated stainless appliances so you can demonstrate your culinary skills by prepping lavish meals or simply heating up leftovers from your favorite local restaurant. If you love Ocean City, but prefer to be in a quieter location, this bayside spot is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to grant you serenity, but not far from great restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, Bull on the Beach and Layton's on 92nd, the Acme shopping center and, of course, the beach! Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a queen, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Guests need to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
