Diamond Beach 415 is a SIDE VIEW UNIT IN AN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. Diamond Beach is located on 39th Street and is within walking distance to the Convention Center, shops and dining. The building provides two parking spots, an elevator and an outside shower. This property rents any three or more nights. Primary bedroom has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a double bed with a pull out single trundle there is also a full size sleep sofa in the living area to occupy up to eight. Three televisions (all streaming) and wifi are included in addition to a full kitchen. This property is privately owned, therefore, you will need to supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
