Eight on the Bay 2A is a beautiful, modern, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooking the canal, with a large back deck, perfect for enjoying amazing sunsets and outdoor dining! It also has community pier docking. It's located in a quiet area off 94th Street on the bay side, but only a few blocks to the beach, so you can truly experience the best of the bay and the beach, including walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious modern living room allows you to spread out and enjoy time with family and friends. The bed sizes include a king in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle (one full and 2 singles) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The large master also has a desk and office chair for anyone looking to work from the beach! Property rents any 3 nights. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
