With accommodations for up to six guests, the unit features two queen beds in the spacious main bedroom and a third queen bed in the den, which has been thoughtfully converted into a second bedroom with its own door for added privacy. Step out onto the oceanfront balcony to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, or unwind in the evening on the separate bayside balcony. Fountainhead Towers boasts a wide range of amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis court, game room, multiple elevators, an outside shower, and the option to rent a gas grill for cookouts (rents through building). Guests also have access to the owner's storage closet, which includes beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience. Traveling with little ones? A pack & play and baby chair are available in the unit. Enjoy entertainment with both cable and streaming TVs, and stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout your stay. There is a $50 registration fee at the building, which includes one parking spot, with additional parking available for a fee. This property is available to rent for any 3 nights or more, making it a flexible option for long weekends or extended beach vacations. Whether you’re looking to relax by the ocean, explore the local attractions, or enjoy on-site activities, this oceanfront gem has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The owner of this property opted to make the den into a small private 2nd bedroom with a door. Guests must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this propertyand would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and a towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. $50.00 cash non-refundable bldg registration fee due upon arrival to Fountainhead Towers. This property rents any three nights all season. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking Non-Vaping . No pets, please.
