This unit includes a spacious & bright living and dining area with Amazing views of the ocean, well stocked modernized kitchen (with a Keurig coffee maker) and stainless- steel appliances, laundry room and WIFI. The master bedroom includes 1 king bed, slider doors to balcony with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, private ensuite with stand-alone glass shower, jacuzzi tub and double vanity sink. The second bedroom features 1 queen & 1 single bed, and a private full bath with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk and a single bed with access to hall bath. Hall bath has a tub/shower combo. All bedroom closets are equipped with organizers. All bathrooms supply a blow dryer in cabinet. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Guest have use of storage locker with some beach equipment.
Enjoy all the amenities the Gateway Grand has to offer from the year-round heated indoor, outdoor pool-open seasonal, state-of-the-art fitness center as well as a private oceanfront sun terrace, and a kids club room, elevators, 24/7 security, & a secure, gated indoor garage. Guest supplies all paper goods and soaps. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
