The 2nd Bedroom features a king bed, smart tv, ceiling fan and private bath. The 3rd Bedroom features 2 twin beds, smart tv, and ceiling fan. The owner provides wifi, internet, cable, and a washer & dryer for your added convenience. (The bedroom televisions are streaming). Guest supplies all sheets, towels, paper and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days. Units rent Saturday to Saturday in season. The Gateway Grand charges an $115 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation.
