Gateway Grand 201 is a Lovely 4- Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Luxury Side Condo in oceanfront building with many upgrades to suit your family of 10 just right. The Gateway Grand is an oceanfront building on 48th street. This decorator furnished condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Panoramic views from the living room & dining areas. Your family will enjoy the modernized fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, and an automatic drip coffee pot along with an entertainment island with a wine refrigerator. Oceanside balcony with ocean views. Bayside balcony is accessible from all four bedrooms and the living room. The Master Bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite, ceiling fan, TV, and large walk- in closet. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan, and access to full bath from bedroom or hallway. The 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan. The 4th Bedroom has a Twin over double bunk bed w/ trundle . All three bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers. For your added convenience, the owners provide a personal luggage cart which is kept the storage locker. Note there is a $200 charge if the cart is not returned to the locker. The storage locker is also available for guests to store beach items during their stay. The Gateway Grand Amenities include: indoor heated pool-(open year-round), outdoor pool-(seasonal), fitness center, game room, elevators, parking garage, outside shower, night time security. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $126 registration fee due with reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
