Gateway Grand 401 is a 4 bedroom luxury condo. SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 4BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Panoramic views from the living room, dining area and kitchen. Oceanside balcony with ocean views. Bayside balcony with bayside views and accessible from all four bedrooms. As an added convenience, owner provides guests access to their private storage locker on the lobby level of the building. Guests can easily store their beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. without having to transport them back and forth to the condo. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, 4 singles and 1 queen sleep sofa. Sheets and towels are provided, guest supplies all soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Property owner also supplies WIFI. The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation. Property rents Saturday to Saturday only. Non-smoking building except in designated areas. No pets, please The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
