Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. Beautiful 3 bedroom condo with 3 full baths awaits you for a perfect vacation! Master Bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room give you plenty of room. Keurig coffee maker. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Storage locker some chairs and toys for guest use is included. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
