Gateway Grand 503 is a SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING on 48th street. Deluxe oceanfront building with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Bed sizes include a king, a queen 2 sets of bunks (4 singles) and a queen sleep sofa. Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Keurig coffee maker Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. Side unit in Oceanfront building. $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
