A stunning view of the Atlantic from your living area, balcony and master bedroom will immediately lure you to gaze out. This condo features beautiful furnishings throughout and also a gourmet kitchen, and large master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full, 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Can occupy a family of nine. Guest supplies sheets and towels soaps and paper products, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Regular drip coffee maker. The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and Game room for the kids. The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
