This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 singles. Price includes linen package. Guest supplies all paper and soaps. Storage locker includes umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and a beach cart. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. The Gateway Grand charges an $139 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Non-smoking building except in designated areas. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
