Welcome to Holiday Plaza Unit 309 located Ocean Block at 28th Street. This updated well-maintained 2- Bedroom, 1 Bath end unit is a 3rd floor walk-up featuring a private balcony with ocean views that will suit your family of six comfortably. Just one short block to Beach & Boardwalk. The Kitchen offers custom handmade cabinets, Corian counters & stainless-steel refrigerator, stove & microwave. There are plenty of windows for natural lighting. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Wifi is included. There is a laundromat located in the 28th Street Shopping Center which is directly behind Holiday Plaza. Very convenient. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents from Saturday to Saturday in peak season. One assigned parking spot. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping, No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
