Spacious and well cared for by the owners, this townhouse includes modern, beachy decor filled with bright natural light with lovely accents of blues, greens and yellow. The main living area includes the kitchen, dining room, living room and a bedroom with 2 double beds and a private bath. This level has a large deck with an ocean view. The top floor includes the primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bath with a rain shower head and double vanity sinks. There is also a private balcony with a view of the ocean. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed and is connected to the third bathroom. Bedroom four has two sets of bunk beds. Prime mid-town location, one block to the beach and close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only. This property is privately owned, therefore, you will need to supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Excellent Property In Perfect Location

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we love it.  Wonderful layout in an ideal location near the 64th St Market, restaurants, putt putt, and more.  Property is well cared for and well decorated.  Plenty of room for the extended family.  We hope to keep coming back to this property.
