Ocean North 3 is perfect for those looking for a quieter spot for your vacation getaway, located directly on the ocean at 128th street in Ocean City, Maryland. Ocean North is a smaller, intimate building with none of that pesky waiting on elevators! Cozy and charming, with newer furnishings, this unit has the usual comforts of home including living and dining areas, equipped kitchen, but with the added bonus of an oceanfront balcony with a peek of the ocean and endless sounds of waves and seagulls to soothe your soul. Walk right off the balcony, a few steps to the dune and you are right where you want to be - on the beach! The condo features two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms. Sleeping up to six guests, bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. The unit does not have a dishwasher, washer or dyer, however there is a coin operated laundry for the building. This property rents any 3 nights all season. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
