Perfect retreat for your family vacation! Updated and spacious 2-bedroom and a den condo conveniently located on the bay side of 104th Street, a few blocks from the beach. This condo has all the comforts of home with plenty of living room seating, a full kitchen with a drip coffee maker, 2 40" TVs, with cable and Roku. Our Place at the Beach features one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is also convenient to restaurants and shops. Bed sizes include a new queen bed in the Primary, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, a queen daybed w/trundle, and a single sleep chair in the den area to sleep a family of 8. The owner has even supplied some beach chairs and beach toys for your use. This property rents Friday-Friday all year. The owner provides sheets, bath towels, and a small welcome basket with toiletries, soap, and other essentials to help guests settle in for their vacation. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Non-smoking. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We all would stay again

The condo was very nice and homey, instead of a porch, they made that a room a bedroom, very smart, could fit more people!

Very clean and pretty home.  Overall this was a very good place to stay and we would all stay again.  Our favorite restaurants were Tailchasers,

close to here and Taphouse which was farther down.

We will be back!

We stayed here in hopes to celebrate the end of summer and we did just that!  This unit was perfect for us.  All of the updates are beautiful.  Our children enjoyed the very large pool and our family dinners @ Bull on the Beach and Ropewalk.  We have been coming to OCMD for close to 20 years and this was one of the best places we have stayed.  We will be back!

Best Place We Have Stayed In Years!

Our children enjoyed the quick access to the very large pool.  Our family enjoyed Bull on the Beach and Ropewalk for dinners.

We stayed in hopes of celebrating the end of summer and we ded just that.  This unit 102F was perfect for all of us.  All the updates

to the unit are are beautiful. We have been coming to OCMD for 20 years and this was one of the best places we have stayed.

Great Place – close to everything – super clean

Stayed in unit 102F.  You can walk directly to the pool which was pretty big and quiet.  You can walk to the beach about a block away.

The grocery store about 2 blocks walk, largest liquor store in all of OC is 4 blocks 🙂  Unit has full kitchen stocked with stuff to cook with.

Ample parking. Master bed was super comfortable and seemed new.  Guest beds seemed new also.  Wifi and cable worked great.  Newer

washer and dryer was useful.  Unit was clean and had a keyless entry door pad–so no key to worry about
