Adorable 1BR 1BA Raffles unit is within walking distance to the bay, beach, popular eateries and venues, and Northside Park where you can enjoy walking paths along the bay, Sundaes in the Park with music, ice cream and even drone fireworks every Sunday in the summer, as well as the popular Winterfest lights in the winter. This two level condo is a third floor walk-up in the Raffles building. There's a spiral staircase to the 2nd floor of this property where you'll find the main BR with a Queen bed and TV, and the full bath. The main level has a full kitchen and living area with a Queen sleep sofa for additional sleeping ability, with a maximum of 4 guests. The property has cable/smart TVs and internet for your convenience. There is also a pool for those hot summer days. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps, trash bags and paper products. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets and pillowcases for each bed and towel set equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents any 3 nights all season! Non-smoking/vaping.
