An ideal location, most importantly you can easily stroll up the sidewalk to the beach, but you are also a quick walk to so many great restaurants including Barn 34, Coconuts, Buxy's Salty Dog, Coins and more - you are also close to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and a short drive to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and all of the entertainment and variety of foods it has to offer. The pictures tell the story - this beachy updated condo has a comfortable living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom and a sizable north facing balcony. Cable and wifi are provided as well so you can stay as connected as you want to be while you are here. Accommodating up to six guests, there are two queen beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. This condo rents with check in and check out days of Thursday and Sunday in season. Guests must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
