Great Midtown Location. Siesta Villas Building is located ocean block on 51st Street. This is a first-floor walk-up condo & short walk to the beach! Bed sizes include: 1- Queen and 1-Single in the bedroom, and a Queen Sleep Sofa in the living area plus 2 full baths to accommodate a family of five. Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Our owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.
