Starfish I 303 is a charming three bedroom, two bath ocean block condo (walk-up) on 51st street in Ocean City, Maryland. Proximity to the beach is key and this condo is just a quick stroll up the street to the dune crossing. The north facing balcony grants you water views of both the bay and the ocean, and seating to just relax with your beverage of choice and breathe in the salty air. The interior has all you need for a comfortable stay including a cozy living room, fully updated and equipped kitchen, four streaming TV's with Rokus and complimentary WiFi. Ideally located, you will be walking distance from Seacret's, Macky's, Dry 85 and only 10 blocks from the convention center - plus the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park are only a few miles away to your south. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, two twins in the 2nd bedroom, single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, and if needed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests must supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
