Beautiful and spacious waterfront end-of-row single-family home in desirable Sunset Island. Featuring stunning view of the bay, canal and community pool. The home features six bedrooms and nine televisions! Bed sizes include 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 4 with pyramid bunks (a single over a full size)with a single trundle to pull out if needed. Comfortably sleeps your family of up to 12 and boasts 4.5 bathrooms. Guest supplies all sheets, towel, soaps and paper products, everything else is in place for your use. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. The beautiful community of Sunset island include indoor and outdoor pools along with a kiddie pool and interactive fountains, and private beaches. Also available is a clubhouse, fitness center and walking trails. Boat slip is not included in rental, but may be obtained from the Sunset Island clubhouse office , located to the left of the swimming pool gate. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. $110 in season ( May 22 - Sept 20) $55 off season non-refundable registration fee for parking + 6 facility passes.
