Sunset South 4 is a cute 2BR, 1BA upgraded condo on 68th Street and oceanblock. Just one building back from the ocean! Great ocean view from the furnished balcony. Walk to everything from this unit - the beach, shops & dining. Unit #4 is located on the top floor. Bed sizes include 1 queen, 2 double and a queen sleep sofa. Guest provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. There is a shared laundry room for the building. One parking space. Smoking is not permitted on property grounds including balcony. No pets, please. Violation of the pet and/or smoking rules will not be tolerated and there will be no refunds. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
