It comes stylishly decorated. Wight Bay amenities include a beautiful outdoor pool with striking bay views, elevators, and laundry facilities on-site. Fabulous mid-town location; just a quick walk to the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants including the famous Seacrets right next door! Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. No washer and dryer in the condo, but the building has coin operated machines. Condo includes 1 parking spot. Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season, Cable in winter mode(Nov thru March)TVs are streaming, Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
