Central Reservations Tips & Tricks for Oceans Calling 2024
Tip #1: Plan for Traffic!
For those of you who attended Oceans Calling in 2023, you know why we’re mentioning this. Ocean City is going to be extremely busy for this festival, so make sure you allow plenty of time to make your way to South OC, particularly for those staying in North or West OC. TRAFFIC last year was as bad as expected. Plan ahead, give yourself plenty of time to get there AND to get back.
Tip #2: Get a Ride
Parking will be difficult to say the least in all of the areas near the concert. Plan on riding a bike, taking an Uber, or riding the bus to get to the festival. Check out the town of Ocean City’s bus information for Oceans Calling here.
Tip #3: Take a Raincoat
If you’re planning on staying at the festival for an extended period of time, make sure you take a raincoat with you. Here at the beach, the weather can change quickly. If you’re not staying close by, make sure you pack everything you might need for the day and bring it with you. There will be lockers for rent available at the festival grounds as well, so you will have a place to store your belongings. You can reserve a locker by clicking here!
Tip #4: Meet up with a friend!
As we mentioned before, traffic will likely be very busy in Ocean City for Oceans Calling. If you happen to have a friend who rented one of our vacation rentals near the boardwalk, it might be a clever idea to pay them a visit so your trek down to the festival grounds is a little bit easier!
