Ocean City MD Vacation Rentals FAQs

Central Reservations must receive payment in full 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, or at the time of booking (if less than 30 days prior to check-in). If booking in advance, ½ is payable when booking. Personal and/or electronic checks must be received by the Company 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We impose a surcharge of 3.0% of the transaction amount on credit card purchases, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge payment by debit cards.

Check-in is between 3 PM & 5 PM. Late check-in can be arranged. Check-out is at 10 AM.

Our property owners do not accept reservations for groups under the age of 25 unless otherwise disclosed. If the property accepts groups, it will come up to book when you select “Groups Allowed” when booking on our website. Group properties are designated as must be over 18 or must be over the age of 21.

Most properties do not supply beach gear, sheets, towels (bath & beach), or any grocery items. Grocery items would include all soaps and paper products such as toilet paper, napkins, dishwasher soap, detergent, hand soap, etc. These items should be on your list to bring or plan to purchase while in OC. Properties that do supply it will be specifically noted.

If linens are not provided with your rental, you can add them when booking, add them on the guest portal, or call or email us for assistance.

We are open daily from 9 AM until 5 PM with the exception of holidays.

Because many buildings have coded lobby doors or fob entry, all packages should be directed to our office location. Please call our office prior to picking up the package to ensure it has arrived. We will ask for photo ID matching the name on the package. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Any packages not picked up prior to departure can be mailed to you for an additional service fee plus shipping fees.

There are a few properties that permit guest to bring their pet for a small daily fee. These properties will come up when booking if you select “Pet Friendly”.

Due to building rules, most buildings have rules that prohibit Pets from being on the rented premises.

Yes, kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. There will not typically be any food or perishable items in the property. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance. You may also want to bring a dish towel, sponge, and pot holders, as we cannot guarantee these items.

This can vary by property; however, most outdoor pools in OC are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

Ocean City enforces a strict noise ordinance prohibiting disruptive noises between 12 midnight and 7 a.m. No noise should be heard at a distance of 50 feet from the building or structure where it originates.

Yes, you will receive an email shortly after booking to read and sign your lodging agreement. You will get an email confirmation after paying your balance, and you will receive an email about 3 days before your arrival with check-in instructions.
