Step outside onto the private oceanfront balcony where you can immerse yourself in the soothing sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. You'll feel right at home relaxing in the living room featuring a gas fireplace and wall mounted television - plus you still have a view of the beach! Note that all of the TVs are streaming and offer a fair selection of popular channels from which to choose. Cooking any meal will be a pleasure in this stunning, fully equipped kitchen, complete with updated stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishware. This condo boasts a full-size, front-loading washer and dryer, newly purchased in 2025 for your convenience. **New plank floors were recently added in 2023. Sleeping up to six guests, the oceanfront primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two queen-sized beds. Amber Waves' guests have access to a shared outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor shower and foot wash area to clean off the sand. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. The property owner provides a beach umbrella, four beach chairs, and toys for your family to use during your stay. As if you needed another reason, the location is key as the condo is close to the convention center, a number of excellent restaurants, mini golf, and not far from Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase, which would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets, including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday only.
Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted on property grounds including balcony. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
