The first level/ground level offers a relaxing den with a queen sleeper sofa, a television, bathroom with shower stall, sliders that walkout to beach where you can find outside hose, beach items & storage shed. Washer & dryer are located on this level for your added convenience.

On the 2nd level you will find the main living area, fully equipped kitchen w/automatic drip & Keurig coffee makers & a dining area. On this level is a spacious balcony off the living room, new sofa, a 3- seat kitchen bar, a dining area with seating for 8 along with a bedroom featuring 2 single beds and a day bed with a pull- out twin trundle, private bath with glass shower stall.

The 3rd level features 2 bedrooms and a hall bath with shower/tub combo. Oceanside bedroom features a queen bed w/private balcony. The bayside bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed.

The 4th level features a queen bed, a day twin bed, private bath w/shower.

Note the condo provides cable and wifi service throughout the season, and internet and streaming in the off-season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, (or select the linen package), soaps and paper products. *** Note this white glove owner provides a starter package of 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pod and coffee filters and a bag of coffee.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
