Due to zoning requirements, guest must, prior to occupancy, certify that no more than 4 persons unrelated family members will be occupying the home during the lodging period and identify all occupants by name, age and relationship. This property rents Saturday to Saturday only in-season and a minimum of 5 nights in the off-season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the home.
