The owner's attention to detail is reflected throughout this gorgeous condo featuring varying, eye catching murals of lush palms and a peaceful ocean horizon. Excellent views await you from both the cozy living room with fireplace (decorative only, not for use) and large paned sliders and windows, as well as the sizable, private balcony. An exceptional, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless Viking appliances will make it easy for creating and serving your favorite dishes, plus you've got the added bonus of a wet bar with wine cooler to mix and store your go-to refreshments. Complimentary WiFi, cable and streaming TVs throughout will keep your guests connected and entertained, plus the building features an outdoor shower to rinse off after an afternoon of sun and surf, and a small, seasonal indoor pool for a quick dip. Carly E is just off the Route 90 bridge, and close to shops and restaurants including Fager's Island, Rosenfeld's Delicatessen, and Longboard Cafe, plus the famous Ocean City Boardwalk and Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park are short drive away. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the main bedroom has a king bed, boasts views of the Atlantic, has its own balcony access, and a private bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom two is spacious and comfortable with a king bed and its own full bath with walk-in shower, bedroom three has two double beds and its own private full bath and if needed, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A half bath is also conveniently located in the hallway. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in-season, and any 3 nights in the off-season.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
