Units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 days off-season. The Gateway Grand charges a $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with the reservation. Non-smoking/vaping building except in designated areas. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit rentals to guests under the age of 25.
