For exercise enthusiasts, there is a complete gym on the lobby level, along with indoor and outdoor pools. This owner also provides a luggage cart in the condo for guests' use during their stay which must be returned to the condo upon departure - there is a $200 charge if not returned.
Condo will accommodate a family of 9, if one is a child under 2 years old.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days; unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season.

$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation; Gateway Grand. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
