The gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The spacious dining and living areas provide the perfect gathering place after a day in the sun. A full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, and cable TV add all the comforts of home.
The spacious primary suite features a king bed, cable 55" TV, and a luxurious private bathroom complete with a dual vanity, relaxing Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and 43" television, while the third bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests with a bunk bed featuring two double beds (the top bunk is only suitable for children 6 years and younger) and a trundle bed with a 43"TV. A queen sleep sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations, allowing the condominium to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.
Gateway Grand is known for its exceptional amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a state of the art fitness center, game room, beautifully maintained common areas, secure elevator access, and direct access to one of the widest stretches of beach in Ocean City. Guests also have access to a private storage locker with beach equipment for guest use, making your beach days even more convenient. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after time spent on the sand.
Located on 48th Street, you'll be within easy walking distance of some of Ocean City's favorite restaurants and attractions, including Seacrets, Belly Busters, 45th Street Taphouse, and Dumser's Dairyland. Whether you're enjoying fresh seafood, a casual lunch, or an evening of entertainment, everything you need is just a short stroll away.
Two parking spaces are included with your stay. A $151 nonrefundable registration and parking fee is due with your reservation. Guests must provide the tag number for each vehicle prior to arrival. The parking garage has a maximum clearance of 7 feet.
This property rents for a minimum of seven nights. Reservations are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season and any consecutive seven night stay during the off season.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
