The primary suite features a king bed and a spacious private bathroom with a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower, creating a spa-like retreat where you can relax and recharge after a day spent enjoying the beach. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a double bed and a single bed, making it an excellent setup for children or additional guests. A queen sleep sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests.
One of the unique features of Gateway Grand 611 is access to a private storage locker stocked with beach equipment(2-sand carts, 8- beach chairs, & 2-beach umbrellas) for guest use, making your beach days even easier and more enjoyable.

A $151 non-refundable registration and parking fee is due with your reservation. Guests must provide the tag number for each vehicle prior to arrival. Two parking spaces are included with the rental. The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
This property requires a minimum stay of seven nights. During the summer season, rentals are offered Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, guests may reserve any consecutive seven-night stay, providing greater flexibility for travel plans.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
