Your family will enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed, tv and private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom features 2 Twin beds, tv, and a ceiling fan. The hall bath offers a shower/tub combo.
Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season, and any 3 nights off season. The building complex features an elevator, community pool, and 2 parking passes.
Guests supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available to purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. No smoking/vaping permitted. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
