This location is close to Northside Park, the Montego Bay Shopping Center, and numerous restaurants, plus it's a short drive to the shops and entertainment of Fenwick Island. The unit does not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer, but there is complimentary laundry on the ground level of the building. This property rents Fri-Fri in season and any 3 nights off season.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
