Located on the ocean block between 63rd and 64th streets, Sea Mark 309 is a two bedroom, two bath condo with just what you need for a great beach getaway. Clean and modern, this is a perfect rental for a family, or those looking for a bird's eye view when the classic cars are in town! The west facing balcony gives you that Coastal Highway view, while a smaller rear, east facing balcony allows for a quieter outdoor spot for breathing in the ocean air. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to cook meals, and a washer/dryer is also provided in the unit. To keep you connected during your stay, there are TV's in both the living room and bedrooms, plus internet service. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include a queen in the primary bedroom and a full size bed and single bunk beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two parking spots are provided. Conveniently located mid town just off of the 90 bridge, the condo is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants like Rosenfeld's, Longboard Cafe and Fager's Island, and a quick drive to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and the OC Boardwalk. This property has a three night minimum for your convenience. Third floor walk-up.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
