The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sliders that lead to a small east-facing balcony with seating for two, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The second bedroom features a queen bed and also has sliders to its own small east-facing balcony. A second full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves both this bedroom and the main living area.
Sunset Landing offers a seasonal outdoor pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, along with two parking permits for your stay. Its prime 58th Street location places you within easy walking distance of some of Ocean City’s most popular spots. Within five blocks, you can enjoy Fager’s Island for waterfront dining and nightlife, Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill for a lively atmosphere right on the bay, and Seacrets for entertainment, dining, and drinks all in one unique destination.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. No elevator. Walk up-2 Flights of stairs to condo.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
