This pet-friendly, unique condo home blends classic OC charm with contemporary convenience. The unit has all modern appliances and amenities, including a washer and dryer, WiFi and Smart TVs to keep you connected and entertained, and the ground floor storage closet provides a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for guest's use. Located in midtown Ocean City just off the 62nd street bridge on 60th Street, you will be within walking distance of many restaurants, venues and and shops. This 3 bedroom/3rd floor ocean-view walk-up condo sleeps eight and features two balconies, three bedrooms with a queen, full and twin beds, respectively (one of which includes a loft and cathedral ceiling). A queen sleeper sofa is also situated in the living room if needed. Up to 2 dogs permitted $50/night plus tax. Pet addendum signature required. Property rents any 3 nights all season. Guests need to supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
