60 East 3E is an ocean block hidden gem and will enable you to enjoy breathtaking views from an over-sized balcony just 50 feet from the beach in a unique condo home that blends classic OC charm with contemporary convenience. The unit has all modern appliances and amenities, including a washer and dryer, WiFi and Smart TVs. Located in midtown Ocean City just off the 62nd street bridge on 60th Street, you will be within walking distance of many restaurants, venues and and shops. This 3 bedroom/3rd floor ocean-view walk-up condo sleeps eight and features two balconies, three bedrooms with a queen, full and twin beds, respectively, one of which includes a loft and cathedral ceiling. A queen sleeper sofa is also situated in the living room if needed. Guest need to supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps, however, an optional linen package is available to add to your reservation if you wish. The linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival, picked up upon departure, and would include a sheet set including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. WiFi and Smart TVs will keep you connected and entertained, and the ground floor storage closet makes taking stuff to and from the beach easy. Mini-weeks and Sunday-to-Sunday full week rental options will help you avoid Ocean City's Saturday rush. (Note: There is not an elevator, must be able to walk steps) Non Smoking/Non-Vaping.
